Built on a Singular Insight About
Cancer Metabolism

ImmunoMet Therapeutics was founded in 2015 as a spin-off from Hanall Biopharma in Korea, with a focused mandate: develop lixumistat into a clinical cancer drug addressing one of oncology’s most stubborn challenges — acquired resistance to existing treatments.

A Spin-Off Built Around a Precise Scientific Bet

ImmunoMet was founded with a singular focus: develop lixumistat into a validated clinical asset targeting oxidative phosphorylation in cancer. Since 2015, the company has raised approximately $39 million and advanced lixumistat through multiple Phase 1 studies and into an ongoing Phase 1b/2a trial at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

The company works with a network of specialist CROs and clinical partners — each contributing world-class expertise across chemistry, manufacturing, clinical operations, legal, and regulatory functions.
