Lixumistat in Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Encouraging Efficacy Signal at the Recommended Dose

Among the first 10 evaluable patients at RP2D, 5 showed clinical responses — 50% response rate. Disease control rate 80%. No dose-limiting toxicities. Safety and PK profile established across 100mg QOD to 1,200mg QD.
